Melesio Cuautle is the new Owner & Manager of Bella Italia Pork & Catering in Freehold, NJ.

Melesio came to the United States in 1999 where he worked side by side with Sicilians, learning the business of Italian specialty foods. 

Year after year, Melesio worked hard, learning everything there is to know about the business, and in 2023 bought Bella Italia Pork & Catering to bring his dream to fruition.

Melesio is grateful to have a great team helping him: Maria (Catering Manager), Chio (Butcher & Deli Counter), Carlos (Prep), and German (Chef).
