No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of day of affair. $50 deposit required for chafing dishes and water pans for parties of 20-50 people—more than 50 people additional deposit required. Must be returned within 1 week or they are yours. Delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any damages or injuries incurred by use of equipment, sternos, or delivery person.
